Terms and Conditions of Participation

1. Program Overview
   Fun2Hoop Ithaca is a youth basketball program focused on teaching fundamental basketball skills through fun and engaging games in a non-competitive environment.
   
   The program is designed for children of all skill levels and aims to promote physical activity, teamwork, and personal growth.
   
   
2. Session Details
   Each session runs for 8 consecutive Saturdays.
   
   Parents are responsible for ensuring their child arrives on time and is picked up promptly at the end of each session.
   Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure consistency and progress.
   
   
3. Payment & Refund Policy
   Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in the program.
   
   Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of program cancellation by Fun2Hoop Ithaca.
   
   No make-up classes are guaranteed for missed sessions due to personal reasons.
   
   
4. Health & Safety
   Parents/guardians must inform Fun2Hoop staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs before the program begins.
   
   Fun2Hoop reserves the right to request a medical clearance if needed.
   
   Children showing signs of illness (fever, cough, etc.) should not attend the program until they are fully recovered.
   
   
5. Behavior Expectations
   All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other children.
   
   Fun2Hoop maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, aggressive behavior, or repeated disruptions.
   
   We reserve the right to remove a child from the program if their behavior consistently interferes with the experience of others, without a refund.
   
   
6. Photography & Media Release
   Fun2Hoop may take photos and videos during sessions to promote the program.
   
   By agreeing to these terms, you grant permission for your child’s image to be used in promotional materials (website, social media, flyers, etc.), unless you opt out during registration.
   
   
7. Liability Waiver
   By registering, you acknowledge that physical activity involves risk.
   
   Fun2Hoop Ithaca and its staff are not liable for injuries or accidents that may occur during the program, except in cases of gross negligence.
   
   You agree to release and hold harmless Fun2Hoop Ithaca, its coaches, and affiliates from any claims resulting from participation.
   
   
8. Contact & Communication
   Important updates (e.g., weather cancellations) will be sent via email or text.
   
   Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.

By checking the agreement box on the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
